The secret is out about one of the most important aspects to improving health, performance and getting jacked like Hugh Jackman in preparation to become Wolverine.

The secret? SLEEP.

And while this may be true, one of the most difficult things for First Responders to get is sleep. Between the demands of shift work, personal lives and the desire to actually do the things YOU want to do, as a First Responder it can be difficult to get the right amount of sleep.

This week The Squad talks about various sleep strategies for First Responders and ways in which to prioritize sleep in a productive way which ultimately improves everything from body composition to performance (be it on the job or for recreational purposes) as well as reducing stress levels.
